We're super excited to welcome you onboard the Botika platform

and walk you through the steps of how to create your first project:

Click “Upload a new image” or drag & drop the on-model photos you want to edit anywhere in the browser window. We support PNG, JPEG or WEBP files.

Question 2

Can I create my own models or backgrounds?

Accepted Answer

We currently don't support using your own models and backgrounds or customizing features on Botika’s models (makeup, hairstyle, expression, etc.), since it jeopardizes results' quality.

Each of our models and backgrounds is developed in-house and configured to look super realistic and natural in most photo conditions. Until we support customizing the models, we make sure to constantly diversify our gallery, so you have a large enough selection of models which caters to all your needs.

We currently offer more than 50 models - both male and female, and 36 background options.

If you’re missing specific types of models or backgrounds, please contact us and we will do our best to take your feedback into account as we add new resources to our platform.

What is Botika?

Botika is a Generative AI platform designed to help clothing brands and retailers turn their photos into stunning and diversified fashion photos. Using Botika's unique AI-generated models and backgrounds, you can save the time and money it takes to create photos for your online store, speed up time-to-market and sell more in no time.

Can I make changes to my plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time.

Upgrade/downgrade: simply click the “upgrade/downgrade” button under the plan you wish to switch to
Cancel: Click the “Cancel Subscription” link at the bottom of your current plan’s description. We don’t offer refunds upon cancellation and if you cancel your plan you will still have access to the Botika platform until the end of your plan’s billing cycle.

| If you upgrade your plan, you will get your additional credits immediately: Just pay a pro-rated amount for the rest of the billing period. We’ve added a short explanation below of how our pro-rated upgrades are calculated:

Pro-rata remaining days = # of days remaining in the current billing cycle / # of total days in the billing cycle
Pro-rata rate charged = price of higher plan * pro-rata remaining days
Once you’re charged the Pro-rata rate, you will receive the relative amount of credits based on the higher plan, until the next billing cycle.

|| If you downgrade your plan, it will only take effect in your next billing cycle so you can keep using the credits you have already paid for.

||| When you cancel your subscription, you will be able to use your remaining credits until the end of your billing cycle. We don’t offer refunds on payments that have already been made.

Question 5

Can I use headless/cropped images?

Yes! feel free to upload cropped images and Botika will automatically merge the AI model you chose into your original photo while keeping a natural and super realistic result.

|| In order to get the best results please make sure:

The image crop must end with the model's neck - if there is anything above it in the frame (like a few white pixels, or empty space) the render will not work. Botika’s AI engine needs to see at least the bottom of a neck.
Shoulders and clothing need to be fully visible in the frame for the render to work.
If the model is wearing a mask, hat or any other headgear or facial accessory that is visible in the frame, our AI engine will render the new model with the mentioned artifacts.
In general, we recommend using as little accessories as possible.

Does Botika offer kids or baby models?

Accepted Answer

We currently do not offer kids or babies AI models. We may support these categories in the future. If you’re interested in models in these categories, please contact us.
